About Me

My name is Aubrey Granner. I'm a percussionist and educator with specialties in marching percussion, world music, and chamber music. I have percussion degrees from Northern Illinois University (BM '05) and University of Minnesota (MM '07). To find out more about what I've accomplished, please read my CV.

As an educator I can offer many services.

Private Lessons

I teach private lessons for students of all ages. This is a great way to get the most out of your music education, especially in middle school and high school band and/or orchestra. Or a chance to learn something different.

Workshops

If you have a percussion program or ensemble I can offer clinics and/or workshops. Anything from an hour after school to a full week. Great for getting your drumline up to speed or exposing students to styles and instruments they won't find in band.

Custom Music

Get your own drumline exercises, or percussion ensemble music. I can re-write your marching band drumline music to make it easier to learn, more effective, or more educational, or just tailor it to your ensemble's strengths.
